Participants in this hands-on workshop will examine tools, techniques, and tips for effective facilitation that address adult learning principles, communication skills, group dynamics, fun icebreakers, and engaging activities. We will explore ways to build confidence, minimize stress, and cultivate competence as unique professional development leaders. If you want excellence, these tools will set you up for success! Exploring the Reggio Emilia /inspired Approach (3 hour - LEC/Set 2) Infants/Toddlers & Preschoolers In this workshop, participants will explore the Reggio Emilia Inspired approach to early childhood learning environments. We will examine the Key Principles of the Reggio Emilia philosophy, which emphasizes the benefits of hands-on exploration, collaboration, and the environment as a "third teacher".
